Linqu Hongtai Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1988, with subsidiaries Xinwang Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. There are more than 200 employees, including 30 professional R&D personnel, the company has advanced production and processing equipment and perfect product testing capabilities. Covering an area of 160 acres, the company has an annual production capacity of 15 million pieces of automotive interior and exterior trim parts and 1.5 million sets of steering wheels. With independent R&D capability, we have developed mass production electric heating steering wheel, vibration steering wheel and HOD fatigue sensing system are under research and development, and we will jointly explore the development of folding steering wheel technology in the future. The company′s laboratory is equipped with testing equipment for polymer materials, including microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine, xenon lamp aging test chamber, high and low temperature temperature and heat test chamber, melt flow tachometer, simple suspension combination impact tester, and automotive interior parts combustion time tester. We meet the technical standards of FAW Jiefang and the technical requirements of other OEMs to ensure that the products meet the requirements. Provides strong data support for the company′s research and development. The company′s laboratory is equipped with steering wheel performance testing equipment, including FARO coordinate measuring arm, steering wheel torsion and bending fatigue testing machine, microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine, steering wheel contact voltage drop fatigue test rig, automotive steering wheel impact testing machine, etc., which provides a large amount of data support. The use of three-coordinate measuring arm reverse engineering in product development and manufacturing has shortened the development cycle. The test equipment effectively enhances the testing capability of the products.
